On the verge (in no particular order) – Texas, TCU

This past week we saw our first dose of upsets, with Arkansas, Nebraska, Wisconsin and Oklahoma State losing.  With those loses Ohio State and Kansas State both jumped into the standings, passing Michigan due to their close call to Air Force.  Other than a that, there were limited changes, with teams just moving up 1 spot or remaining in their same position.

  1. When Baylor beats West Virginia, TCU, Texas, and Oklahoma, then there will be no denying.

  2. Ha, I would love to see that, I think my favorite of those 4 teams is Texas and that's saying something. Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they pulled the upset in 1 or 2 of those games. But they have to go on the road for 3 of the 4 so its a tough road ahead.

  3. Baylor has sucked for a long time. All the sudden they are dominating. Not just football but just about everywhere. It will be a tough season, but I think Baylor is starting to really invest in their athletic department. They see the success TCU has had with their program and they want that. They just announced this $300 million dollar stadium. Think they are realizing they need a team that justifies that. But those are tough teams. Excited to see what happens.
